Laser cutting machine weekly maintenance
- Check the focusing lens. If there is any dust, it should be removed. Be careful not to hang the lens.
- Use compressed air to clean the dust from the main control cabinet, body, and air-conditioning fan heater.
- Check whether the oil in the oil tank is within the specified scale line, and add it in time.
- Clean the trash box under the workbench once a week.
Laser cutting machine monthly maintenance
- Delete the unnecessary cutting programs inside the machine tool in time.
- Check and clean the dust of each exhaust fan filter screen of the machine tool, and clean the dust removal fan filter screen.
- Lubricate the guide rail screw of the laser cutting machine.
Quarterly maintenance of laser cutting machine
- Maintain the total reflection mirror and polarizer every season, wipe it clean as much as possible, but do not scratch it, and check the oil level of the laser vacuum pump.
- Check whether the cooling water of the ice water machine is turbid every season, and replace it if it is too dirty.

- Disassemble the drain valve of the dryer for cleaning.
- Clean the reflective lens, verify whether the optical path is offset, and make necessary adjustments.
- Replace the vacuum pump oil every 1000 hours (confirm whether there is enough new oil before replacement, and the oil level can be at 4/3).
